If those options are not available from your vendors, tell them you would like the most fuel-efficient vehicles possible.

Ask about preferred vendors/pricing for fuel-efficient fleets.
Department Heads
Ask your department heads to identify high-mileage drivers/positions.
Offer a switch to a fuel-efficient vehicle.
Transportation Department
Discuss the possibility of incorporating EVs into the transport fleet.
Use the most fuel-efficient vehicle possible.
Discuss rightsizing vehicles and renting smaller cars instead of large SUVs.
Travel Coordinator
Ask your Travel Coordinator to offer EVs and/or hybrids to out-of-town cast and crew.
